My dog had cancer. My long time vet referred me to Tallahassee and couldn’t do the surgery. I went to Critter Care for a second opinion. They had him in surgery that week and he is doing much better.The techs brought my dog a bowl of water while I was waiting. I can’t speak for others and what they experienced and they are very busy — but that has never happened to me before. My wait times have also been reasonable.

First time here, and the office was clean and bright. The staff and vet techs were amazing and the vet was very thorough. I have 4 dogs of various sizes and ages and all will be coming here!

My dog had a blockage and they responded promptly to the situation. I expressed that I was very nervous about the cost and they did everything they could to help my dog and keep costs as low as possible. They were understanding about my dogs behavior and compassionate. My dog was clean and in good spirits when his procedure was over. My only complaint is how they kept him overnight for 2 days and after staying the first night I was never given an update on him.
