I walked out of there feeling like I was hustled by a couple of criminals.I went in for my cats yearly shots- Doctor came in touched my cat for 5 minutes and said she felt her kidneys enlarged. Recommend bloodwork to make sure everything was ok- when I got the results, she told me the cats fecal test came back negative ( I didn't take any poop for them to examine and they would have made sure to add that to the bill if that was the case) she mentioned the lab work was abnormal and we should test again to make sure, sometimes the blood clots in the sample and gives a false positive- (retest at my expense, of course) she also refused to give the cats it's yearly shot unless I retested the lab work- I finally was able to get a refund- I understand they are trying to keep the lights on but so am I- having 4 cats and always making sure they are up to date, they really lost a repeat customer- I'd recommended just finding another place and believe the reviews when you see them- Good Luck

Kristen Faggert is amazing!!! We moved here from Georgia and our Georgia vet gave the wrong prescription to our dog to the point that he couldn't walk. He was so stressed from the move his back legs were frozen and he was in so much pain. Dr. Faggert took my call on Christmas Eve and got him the medication that he needed he was better within two days!!! Her team is amazing

Dr. Winters took very good care of my puppy, despite the fact she is currently teething! The doctor kept me informed every step of the way and went out of her way to meet me personally and answer all the questions I had. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Animal Hospital. I have already scheduled a follow up appointment with them.
