We just got back from our vet appointment, and it was by far the best vet visit we’ve ever had. Our dog is not the most warm and cuddly towards strangers, so vet appointments are usually very challenging. Whitney and Dr. Ponce were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They did everything they could to make the experience as stress free as possible for Cero (And for me too) and for that I’m so appreciate and thankful! You guys are the best!
Our oldest Dachshund breathed her last breath here with the help of the friendly staff. They gave is plenty of private time with our baby to say goodbye without rushing us at all. Offered paw prints and casting of her paws as well. All seemed very professional during a time that was extremely painful and difficult for us.
I was referred to Agape Animal Hospital about seven or so years ago, before Hurricane Michael. The staff here treated my two cats like they were their own. There was never more than a few minutes' wait before the kitties and I would be in an exam room and the Vet would be with us. Always so gentle and attentive, he quickly gained the trust of my two cats, and always took time to listen, give detailed information and solutions when needed. They have since passed on, but my daughter now brings her two kitties to Agape for continued care. Like me, she has been very impressed with everything and continues to use their services. Top notch vet care!
