My computer was running really slow, Chris called me and was able to fix it in minutes. When he restated my computer the voice wasn't working, he could not hear me. He called me on my cell phone and was able to get it working for me. Chris is always very helpful.

Our pediatric practice has been using ChartViewer by GDS for almost 3 years. This is a superb product from a superb company. The program allows us access to all needed clinical information from our 13 years on GE’s Centricity product. It enabled our practice to be fully functional on day 1 of Epic, and we still use it often. Just as important as the software is the service and support behind a product. GDS is a class act. From our first contact with the company, Joseph Young and Ed Powers were professional, informative and gave us a great overview of the scope of the product and the services that GDS provides. Steve Young became our liaison and has been especially helpful throughout our association. A special shout out to Ray Meyers, the interface engineer who squashed any bugs encountered in our implementation. Overall, we are very pleased with both the ChartViewer product and with GDS.
