After taking my phone somewhere else for a cracked screen repair, I ran into multiple issues with the new screen. I was charged over $100, but the screen quality was poor and it was not installed properly, with plastic still left behind it.
I then brought my phone to Emergency Room Phones & Computers and had a great experience. Austin was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the difference in screen quality and what likely went wrong with my previous repair. Very friendly staff, breaks down what the problem might've been or is and seeing Idk PCs or consoles repairs or technical terms, there able to explain it so I can understand it better. Only place I bring my electronics when I have issues.
My tablet fell down and Would not boot. I brought it here in the morning. They quoted a $35 service fee for diagnosis. It ended up being a disconnected driver and it was $35 the only charge. I picked up the tablet in the early afternoon and is working perfectly.They were honest and I will highly recommend this place even though I had to travel for 25 minutes having other places that were closer.
