For those who have had a bad experience I would give him another try. It is not usually the owner. That’s the problem. It may be a staff member who is having a bad day. But this owner seems to know that he will be able to correct. Whatever situation is going on to make the customer happy and redirect the staff member to uphold the policy and protocols that the company has in writing.“
