Omar was a pleasure to work with today. He educated me on how important preventive maintenance is for avoiding sluggish build up on your condensation pump. I'm using this new lingo thanks to Omar. Thanks for your hard work on a weekend and keep being awesome.
I had a great experience with Scott’s Heating. Santiago was my technician, and he was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. They were able to come out within an hour to diagnose the issue, and the new fan was installed the very next day. Fast service, excellent communication, and quality work. I highly recommend Scott’s Heating and especially Santiago! The service manager Craig F. Was incredible as well.
