As requested, worker gave me a 30 minute call to advise arrival. Identified himself upon arrival, very courteous and knowledgeable. Performed preventative maintenance, tested system in both heating and cooling modes, and cleaned drainage line and permanent filter. Areas were clean once finished. Very happy with this locally owned company. Highly recommend

Javid came to our apartment complex to fix a major toilet issue in our master bath. After many attempts from our maitanance team it was obvious we needed a professional as it was so loose it become a fall risk for me as I am disabled. Javid was just amazing. He was quick, efficient, kind and very good at repairing others mistakes. He went out of his way to make sure everything was put in through my complex to get approval for it to be fixed asap. It was a huge job. But Javid did a wonderful job. He was so kind and cleaned up afterwards! And now I feel safe again in my bathroom, as it doesn’t move like a teeter totter any longer.
