Sam and Eric were great, I called 8am got an appointment for 4pm and Eric was done in an hour with the issue fixed. Sam is super knowledgeable and they both clearly know what they’re doing, and they do it well. I signed up for the year membership because they made it easy and the company offers a decent amount of benefits.
Jamal and angel did a great job for me. They were both very courteous and hard working. They installed my new Lennox account unit and I am very happy. Thanks to Adam too for making my purchase easy. Thanks also to Charlie for your courtesy and help
Awesome job, great level of service, from Ryan in sales, and the installation team. Entire replacement process was completed in less than 72 hrs from the time our contract was signed.
