“I have a Very old GE Stove and parts are a bit challenging to source. The original manufacturer's parts are a little different from the factory installed part. Replacing the part and being sure it's programmed and installed correctly is a bit nerve racking. Well, Bill to the rescue. He confidently stated that he could get the part and assured me that since I'm a DIY'er he would be happy to provide some guidance over the phone, when the part was delivered. He was a man of his word. He talked me through the installation and got me up and running. Kudos to Bill and Appliance King.“

“We had a good expereince. Rustam came on time and diagnosed the leak in our dishwasher. He was friendly and focused on the problem, which he explained to us in detail. A part was ordered and he returned to replace it. DW works great now! Only one small complaint - on Saturday, he said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday but on Tuesday the scheduler called and said Rustam would be back on Thursday, which he was. I think it was in issue with dispatch, not the tech.“
