When my 101 year old mother's air conditioner in her apartment was not cooling and the temperature was 95 degrees out, Tom and his guys were exceptional. The jumped in to solve the problem on a Friday afternoon, found a temporary solution to hopefully hold her over the weekend and then on Monday got additional part from a different City and installed them the same day. The service was extraordinary and the guys are exceptional!
Our refrigerator was not working. This was our first time using the service. They are wonderful. The service tech Leo was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Very satisfied.
