We have used climate control services for several years now and have been pleased with the repairs. Today, Adam C was sent as the technician. Adam was so good! He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the issues to me. We needed a new cell for an air purifier type thing that was installed by climate control several years ago. Not only did he fix it but he explained how it works and gave me a run down on it's benefits. When he was replacing the cell he noticed that a tube was not clean so he took the time to clean it as well. Tom is an excellent technician. He knows his stuff around air conditioners and more and felt totally taken care of in my service needs.
