I’ve been using EAQ for AC service for a couple years and very pleased. Used their duct cleaning service this week. They were helpful with pictures and recommendation on repairs. Techs were polite, detailed and clean work. Owner involved with whole process. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended
I call a few AC companies and they didn’t feel right then my husband call and get Thayne and he was so friendly on the phone, my husband explained what was going on with the air conditioner and Thayne asked my husband where do you live . My husband told him and then Thayne said you are my neighbor I will come right over and see what wrong with your AC , it was late in the afternoon, But Thayne still comes over even though we were new customers , he was awesome, he came over and see the issues and he run to Home Depot, but that didn’t work he ran to his shop to get the parts , he did not stop until he get our AC working, I will recommend him to everybody.
