Once again TruPro solved my appliance problem. Damian came and diagnosed the issue with the ice & water dispenser. When the parts finally arrived (old model) TruPro contacted me immediately and set-up an appointment. Damian came, took the freezer door completely apart and when he was finished it worked perfectly!TruPro is definitely my go-to for any appliance repair!Services: Dishwasher repair

Tamara was the best! She explained what was wrong and helped me look up my warranty information. Unfortunately, our fridge warranty has expired and the compressor is expensive to replace but I’m comforted to know she did all she could to fix it and kept me in the loop along the way. It was also east to book an appointment and I was notified when she was 20 mins away. Highly recommend.

Kenia promptly scheduled an appointment to see my refrigerator, was on time and did an excellent job explaining what was wrong. Parts are ordered and I’m look forward to having a functioning freezer again!Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair
