If I live to be 120 and I can only do 1 exercise, it would be gyrotonic. It all began at Gyrotonic Jupiter and Pilates! It elongated my spine and decompressed my discs and I believe the stenosis I had is on its way OUT!!

This is my favorite place to exercise! I live In Abacoa and I have followed Pam (the owner) for years. I love the location in Tequesta and I often visit the beach after. It is a beautiful clean studio with the best instructors in Palm Beach County! I have never looked better !!! To anyone reading this that live near me or further south -- it's worth the drive. Your body will thank you later ! P.s. this is also one of the only Gyrotonic Studios around in our South Florida and the Treasure Coast.
