Twenty minutes twice a week may not sound like much but this is an extensive workout that will leave you drained and tone you up. The protocol uses an extensive circuit of exercises, monitored by and reported to sofware that you can follow on an app. Great trainers, smart and helpful. Nice site.“

They offer this fantastic blend of HIIT classes along with Pilates-style sessions using Lagree equipment, and the combination is just killer in the best way possible.
