This was my first experience at a Pilates studio and it has been a great experience. I started 3 months ago and it was the best choice I made. I began with an Intro class, a few private lessons, and then moved on to 1.0 class, and am now attending 1.0 and 1.5 classes 4 times per week. I really love these classes. I would give 5 stars but for the fact that I can’t get in classes because I am either waitlisted and not able to get in or classes are closed before you can sign up. The other drawback is that you pay for the credits and I was not told that if you don’t use them in the month you buy them, you lose them. That’s a lot of money to lose, especially when you can’t get into a class. I even tried to book out the 15 classes permitted, and, I wasn’t very successful in booking classes.
Other than this, I love coming here.
So thankful for the great instructors at Club Pilates! They're fantastic at noticing when I'm struggling and offering modifications. LOL, but, some of my struggles are bizarre....like straightening/extending my leg during side lying work on the box makes me hyper extend and hurt my back. So, I talked to one of the instructors (Leslie R - one of my favorites!!!) and she offered several great suggestions. She's so awesome!! :)
