I shot Anthony (the owner) a quick text to see if he was available to help me out and he gave me a call the same day to talk out my problems with me.I didn't end up actually bringing in my computer to the shop but if he's as helpful and transparent in person as he is over the phone then I can see why the stellar reviews so far. He spent 15 minutes helping me out and giving me some options to diagnose the problem myself without even paying him for his diagnostic fee (which isn't even an unreasonable price comparatively).Any of my future PC needs I'll definitely be swinging by with some questions and to pick up parts, it seems like I'll really be taken care of.

I found Anthony online because I had a speaker problem with my MacBook Pro. when we talked on the phone, he impressed me as being very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was more interested in giving me good advise rather than trying to make a quick buck. In the end, he told me I might be better with external speakers. He may have passed up a paying job this time, but because of his knowledge and honesty, I will definitely go back to him when I truly need repair service. Thanks Anthony!
