“After finding broken off roofing shingles in my yard and a leak from my 11 year old roof. I made few calls to Jacksonville Roofing companies. ELO Roofing responded quickly Mr. Mark B.
spent time on the roof and attic to locate the leak. Mark B. explained and advised me on Re-Roofing and the high quality materials that will be used for a very reasonable price. Mark B. and co- worker put a tarp on the roof to prevent from further leak and water damage. Customer Relations CSM. Victoria R. was awesome in scheduling, deliveries, paper work, great communications. All my questions answered and at all times I was informed. Crew was great, working hard from 6:30 am to
7:00pm and being checked by ELO supervisor Mario at least twice a day and final inspection. Mario answered and informed me all the way to the finish line. I have a Great Owens Corning roof with great warranty and workmanship. Crew cleaned up the site meticulously. I highly recommend ELO Roofing for a Job well done and the great ELO team of Project Manager Mark B.
CSM. Victoria R. and Site Supervisor Mario, Roofing Crew they all
deserve more then 5 stars!”
