First Coast Contracting has provided the highest level of professionalism in restoring our townhouse that was destroyed by fire.Mark White has the experience and contacts in the industry that are second to none. His willingness to coordinate with our HOA and other contractors and homeowners is well above and beyond that expected of a general contractor. I interviewed a total of seven contractors before selecting First Coast Contracting for this project and I'm convinced I made the right decision!
A summer storm caused a significant amount of damage to the roof, eves and front of our house. Lightning hit a tree causing the damage. It was a mess and frankly, we weren’t entirely prepared to deal with the clean up and repairs.The first call was to our insurance company who sent an agency to mitigate the damage. But we were left to try to figure out the rest of it. Another frustrated call to the insurance company provided a contact to a contractor which proved to be a blessing.First Coast Contractors arrived; then reviewed and supplied scope of work to do the restoration. These guys are very professional and best of all, they came in under budget and on time. Next time, and any time in the future I need a contractor, I will be calling Jason Puzey and First Coast Contracting!! I highly recommend them.Services: General construction
