Every drain in my house clogged up one night at 10 PM, and Dallas from Roto-Rooter was on the case, arriving promptly and fixing the problem. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Clogged kitchen drain! Roto-Rooter to the rescue. Travis arrived at days end with a nice and professional attitude. We discussed the cost after his assessment. He then quickly went to his van to get more equipment. And in 45 minutes time, the water ran freely! And also thanks again for the recommendation on keeping up with drain maintenance over time. 5 Star service for sure.

Same day service. Called in the am, and someone arrived within 30 min. Yaya was polite and professional. He unclogged drain efficiently and explained what caused it. Told me about a product that would help keep the pipes clean and prevent this from happening again but wasn’t pushy about selling it, which I appreciated. Was honest about what to expect in future, how to prevent it, etc. Overall, fast and good service at a rate comparable with other companies. Loved how quick they were able to help us!
