It was so lovely meeting her; she ensured I understood the process and each step she was taking, and was very clean and professional- but very fun! I loved getting my lips done but wish I it were something else so I would have been able to talk with her more haha ! 100/10 would recommend going to Nicole !! ???
Edit: I’d like to add a couple details regarding Nicole’s work- she is extremely light handed for the type of work she’s doing ! Of course getting a tattoo on your lips is going to be painful- but it is very manageable! She numbs you as much as possible, provides a relaxing environment, and allows you to take breaks if needed! I am very excited to see how her work turns out in the next couple weeks!
Dr Watt makes you feel welcome like family. No big fancy office to keep up. I’d been going to a large elegant office that was very expensive to keep up. Did I need all the visits and 2 surgeries I’m not sure but someone had to keep the large office going to pay all the staff. Dr Watt, we love you and your kind way of doing business. God bless you.

Sara Clauss is our pool person and she does an excellent job. She is dependable and leaves the pool sparkling clean. We had another company providing service for 2 years, and none of their employees ever cleaned the pool like Sara did. Great job!

I just wanted to give my stylist Brandon a huge shoutout! I’m a mom of 4 and haven’t gotten my hair done in over a year, and he gave me the perfect refresh. I showed him just one reference picture, and he completely blew it out of the water. He was funny, accommodating, and kept checking in to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Shannon is the best hairdresser, she always does an excellent job! The salon is clean and the owners are nice. I have long very thick hair and get multiple colors, a protein treatment, and a cut and the cost is very reasonable.

Two groups came out two different days to try and track down a loose neutral. Second day Kevin came out to assess everything because my situation was really weird and ended up being outside of my house on the Duke lines (Duke still has not gotten back to me to track down the loose neutral on the lines). Everyone is just so amazing. Kevin runs an incredible business with the best staff and the best service you can find in the Citrus and surrounding areas. Wow! I am so impressed with this place. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. We had our newest fur baby neutered today and everything went smoothly. The office staff was very organized so even though they had multiple appointments they were quick, efficient and answered all my questions. Thank you to everyone at Snippet!!! I can not say enough amazing things about this clinic. Despite minor hiccups, I have never seen such professionalism and empathy from a provider in any medical field. My lab went in for surgery and they sent me regular updates during the whole thing including photos. It made me feel so much more at ease at how much they not only cared about my baby but about me. Words can not express my gratitude to Dr.ToTo who I truly believe was put on this planet to be the guardian of animals. Her amazing works means I will fly my dogs from out of state to have her be their vet because of how well she has tested us. Truly one in a million. The level of communication is unmatched by any other professional in both the medical and veterinary field I have met in my 37yrs of life. There is no one else I would trust with my babies at this point. She is calm under pressure and understanding in the face of adversity. Ms Amy did a great job with my GSP trimming his nails! I had previous taken him to another groomer and they did something to him that has now caused an issue with him allowing me to trim his nails or touch/mess with his toes. The people at Ms. Glenda’s held my boy and got the job done!!! He will now be going to this shop for all his grooming needs!!!! Everyone was kind and caring - definitely recommend!!! I have nothing but great things to say. They take very good care of our pugs, staff is friendly and reasonable price. We've tried a few other groomers in the area and will not go anywhere else.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Darlene and her crew. My wife and I have known Darlene for years. She has groomed numerous dogs for us. She does an amazing job. They always come home looking beautiful, smelling wonderful, and perfectly groomed.
What I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares about her dogs. You can tell this isn't just a job for her - she truly loves animals and treats them with kindness and patience. My dogs are comfortable with her and her crew that gives us great peace of mind.
Another thing I love is that my dogs don't have to stay there all day. They are groomed and ready in a reasonable amount of time, which makes the experience much less stressful for them and us.
Shelley is great. She has a lot of knowledge and experience and is very friendly. You will leave there feeling amazing. The room is comfortable and inviting. It is easy to relax there. Anyone will be happy with their time there.
My only complaint is, that she doesn’t live closer to me!!! I’m a snow bird and needed some shoulder work after my long drive from NY and WOW!!!!! She was amazing and I took advantage of her package deal she had going on. Her pressure was so amazing and she does the whole hour!!!! Not like some franchises where they say an hour but only do like 50min!!! She did the full 60!!!!! So happy I found my new massage therapist here in Florida!!!

The massage therapists at this shop are highly professional; after the session, my body felt significantly more comfortable, and my physical aches and pains were effectively relieved.
