The entire team from John our sales person, Shane the owner, the roofers, the gutter installation husband and wife team right down to Amanda the secretary were professional and courteous. John went above and beyond by painting our rusted chimney cap with rustoleum to make it look better and last longer. We discussed with John, the possibility of keeping the gutter inserts and using them in the new gutters. During the process of removing the old shingles and gutters, the inserts were thrown away. When Shane came to inspect the roof, I mentioned it to him and he said that they would replace them. The actual roof replacement was done a week earlier than scheduled and that was a plus. The supplies and the dumpster arrived as planned. An added remark, I don’t know the gentleman’s name but, he came the day after the job was done and searched all around the house for any nails that might have been missed on cleanup. John returned as well to inspect the roof and gutters to see if we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Quality First to anyone that would like to work with an exceptional company.

Had some self inflicted camper damage that I needed fixed. Elite came out on site to do the estimate and the repair without distributing or daily routine. Jude was absolutely fantastic, I am in California and wanted to get my little sister & brother in law whom just lost PUPPY, a nice plant to be delivered. Jude took the extra time to send me pictures and ideas of plants that will thrive by their poolside. It was almost closing time as we are on a 3 hour time difference. Jude stepped up and not only added beautiful flowers and made this extra special. She delivered to my heartbroken ? sister. / John from California

Wow is all I can say! I haven’t been to the orthodontist in 35 years. I needed new retainers as my teeth were starting to move at 50. The Strouse Orthodontist Team were top notch, everyone was so welcoming and kind. My retainers were made in a day. Fantastic Staff and Orthodontist. I highly recommend if you’re 15 or 50 ????.
