I cannot recommend Nate da Barber and Barbertheology highly enough.
I’ve been going to Nate since early 2024, and when he opened Barbertheology in 2025, I followed him from his previous shop. That alone probably says a lot about how much I trust him and his work.
Nate does my undercut and keeps my bangs trimmed, and his attention to detail is incredible. My undercut has basically become his little canvas. Sometimes I bring him artwork or an idea I want worked into the design, and other times I give him creative freedom and let him come up with something himself. He absolutely nails it every time. His lines are clean, his designs are creative, and he takes real pride in what he does. I’ve included some photos because honestly, his work speaks for itself.
If you’re a woman looking for an undercut and wondering whether you’ll feel comfortable in a barber shop, go see Nate. I’m often the only woman in the shop while the other chairs are full of male clients, and I have never once felt awkward, out of place, or like I didn’t belong there. Nate and everyone at Barbertheology have always made me feel completely comfortable and welcome.
What really sets Nate apart, though, is the person behind the clippers. He doesn’t treat you like the next appointment on the schedule. He remembers your life, picks conversations back up from your last visit, remembers what you like, and genuinely makes you feel like a friend rather than a transaction. He cuts my brother’s hair too and remembers exactly how he likes it without needing everything explained again every time.
I’m also incredibly proud of Nate for opening Barbertheology. He has created exactly the kind of shop his philosophy promises: warm, welcoming, laid-back, clean, and full of personality. Johnny has always been wonderful to me even though he’s never personally cut my hair, Nate Jr. is great, and everyone there contributes to an atmosphere where you can walk through the door and immediately feel comfortable.
Nate is talented, meticulous, creative, kind, and unbelievably fair with me. After two years, I can honestly say I’ve never felt like just another client in his chair.
If you’re looking for a barber, need a women’s undercut, want something creative shaved into your hair, or simply want to find a shop where people genuinely care about the people who walk through the door, Barbertheology is the place.
Highly, highly recommended. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This may be a Barber shop but, this place provides women's services as well. Go see Madelyn. She can set you up with the latest trends in women's hair styles. She cuts men's hair as well. Thank you guys for letting girls in the "Club" I will be a regular and tell my friends.
