“Natalia is one of the best beauticians I have encountered. I am older and a cancer survivor so my hair is thin and very difficult to work with, to the chagrin of most hair dressers. Natalia just took this as a challenge. Without a doubt this was the best haircut I have ever had! She is very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Natalia and will definitely be going back for all future cuts. Her prices are very reasonable. I don't much like going for haircuts because I've had bad experiences when they just don't know how to handle my hair or they spend the time whining about how difficult it is to work with. Natalia is a huge breath of fresh air and made an unpleasant experience into something to be enjoyed. I'm actually looking forward to my next cut!“

“Wonderful. When I went to style my hair the next day I realized it wasn't as short as I usually get it cut and when I called FS to explain they said no problem come on in. With NO questions asked, the stylist who gave me my original cut the night before sat me down, trimmed a little more for me, made sure I was happy with it and sent me on my way. There was no charge but I gave her the few dollars cash I had on me just because she made it so easy!!!!“
