Absolutely great! They were able to come earlier then time booked which was great for me?.They were in and out within 35 minutes!Very professional and polite. My carpet is light in color and looks brand new!Thank you very much.

Timeliness is rated 5 stars. I called on a Sunday, was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team member, and received an appointment for my desired cleaning just 3 days later. They were running a special for $99 and when the team arrived to steam the carpets clean they quoted the same price. They got to work and moved at a nice clip. Everything was going at a 5 star rating until....they had to start trying to upsell. I had nicely shared, when booking the appointment, that I wasn't interested in anything additional being done than what I was calling about (a very small area that had been soiled). As always great job and on time. The men go beyond the call of duty. My rugs look like new, they brought all my Lani furniture back into the room for us. I can’t say enough good things about this company . They always wear disposable shoe covers before entering your home I have used this same company for years.
