WOW, just WOW. John felt a/my A/C and went straight to the problem. ( guess he's done this a day or two) when John heard the dogs barking it was time to meet new friends. After a few treats the dogs were loving him up. John was very informative with the discount policy and after hours policy. I'm just sorry I didn't call previously.

John has a very kind demeanor and is very informative, giving me a throughout walkthrough for my 17 year old ac system. He also gave me very good suggestions for my water heater as well.
