The dentists are great professionals, very pleasant, and patient-centered. They take the time to understand patients' needs and deliver reliable and efficient services. Even complex procedures, such as extractions, are handled with care and professionalism. Patients appreciate the gentle and understanding approach, making their experience less stressful and even looking forward to their next visit. The staff and everyone there are loved, and patients have never had a dentist make them feel good leaving their office. Dentists get the job done with passion, and one patient received their new smile and is so happy.
Love the Drs in the Inverness office and the staff in the behaviour side too. They have an excellent, caring, honest and hard working team. Even the referral department has improved tremendously. I would highly recommend this excellent team.
