“I had the opportunity to work with the staff at Heinz Funeral Home when we needed to have a family member transported back home from out of state. From the very beginning, the staff was amazing to work with. Their communication, follow up, compassion, and attention to detail were truly top notch.

Our family was extremely pleased with the appearance of our loved one. We had initially planned on having a closed-casket service, but after seeing how wonderful our loved one looked, we decided to have an open-casket viewing instead.

I cannot thank the staff at Heinz Funeral Home enough for all of their care, support, and assistance during such an unexpected and difficult loss. They helped make an incredibly painful time a little easier for our family, and we are truly grateful for everything they did.
