“This might be the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. At the beginning of June I discovered I had a roof leak, I called 3 roofing companies to give me a bid on installing a new roof on my home. East Coast Roofing was one of those 3 companies I called. The company’s manager Ivan scheduled to come by and assess my situation and give me an estimate, in the mean time I drug a huge tarp up on my roof to attempt to cover the damaged area. Ivan came when he said he would and even redid my tarp so it would hold and protect my home through a few days of rain while I got estimates and attempted to deal with my insurance company. He certainly didn’t have to go up on my roof and do that, but he did not even knowing if I would give his company the job! I did use Ivan’s company East Coast Roofing and I couldn’t be happier! They were the most professional and hard working group I have ever seen. They showed up on time, worked so hard to get me a dry roof and did everything they said they would! I love the product they installed and their workmanship was incredible! We had some water damage to portions of our facia and roof decking. They documented everything with photos, explained what was required to repair it, and then carefully repaired it all. This company has its act together and the entire process was seamless from point of sale, administrative/billing, construction, to cleanup. Robert, the sales rep is extremely knowledgeable and represents Wescon well. He was transparent and went the extra mile to explain the process as well as the possibility of the unexpected. “Chris and Kathy came out and rescreened our entire enclosure because of damage we had from hail storms. They also were able to replace the rusty screws on the bottom of the cage like we asked and were extremely patient in answering the questions we had. Paul has been with the company since the 80's and then bought into it. The estimate was reasonable and then the crew came early. They were great. Paul stopped by and checked on his crew a couple times which I found to be comforting. They cleaned up nicely and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!“

After he quickly diagnosed my roof leak I didn't have to worry about another estimate or calling anyone else, his experience and demeanor were enough proof for me to know he knew exactly how to fix the problem and started repairs that day, before anymore weather could cause anymore water issues. He and his co-worker finished the entire job the next day by replacing my entire ridge vent with a new improved system he preferred over what was in place which wasn't even installed correctly by the roofers that installed it 8 years ago.
