Called Platinum about a leak in our roof and we promptly received a call from Scott on a Sunday evening. He arranged for an inspection 7:30 am the next morning and by the afternoon the job was done. Our story with Platinum Roofing started 2 years ago when Brandyn inspected our roof for hail damage, which there was.
We signed with him and put in a claim with our insurance. When the insurance refused coverage, Brandyn put us in
contact with a state adjuster, David. With persistence and patience, David, was able to get our claim covered.
We then got back in touch with Brandyn and we were on the schedule for the next week to get a new roof, even before the insurance check came.
The team was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in one long day. They were very hard working and professional.
