I have an older Hayward heat pump for pool/spa use. I was having an intermittent problem. I saw that Shore is an Authorized Service location. I called for a service call. The office staff is very pleasant. Scheduling was easy. I had a courtesy call and the techs arrived right on time. Both techs were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my system just chatting with them. We ordered a part. Within a couple days I received a call for install schedule. Again, the tech arrived right on time. We had Shore Commercial install our new pool equipment and run the electrical, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The install looks super clean, the piping is straight and organized, the electrical is neat, and you can tell they actually care about how it looks, not just that it works. I would absolutely recommend Shore Commercial to anyone needing pool equipment or electrical work. We’ll definitely be calling them again.
