I’ve called JR twice. The first time was for a smell issue, which I initially thought was related to the AC. It wasn’t, and JR was very honest about that. He also guided me on what to check and how to fix the problem.
The second time, he made time for me despite his busy schedule and fixed the issue in less than an hour. I found the pricing reasonable, especially given the short notice.
