“I've used ARM twice now. They show up when they say they show up. They get the job done and their pricing is very fair. I don't feel like they're bending me over and sticking it to me. Which come on, we all know is how most of us feel when it comes to having an appliance repair person come to the door.

On this last visit for what turned out to be a frozen ice maker that just required a defrost I also mentioned that I needed one of the drawers fixed on the refrigerator. Jacob just gave me the part number and told me where to order it and install it myself, saving me bucks.

“EXCELLENT!! Our air went out on 6/28 and temps in our home hit 91. It was unbearable for us and our 4 little chihuahuas. We have a home warranty contract and Fuss Free was to be the service provider. We were concerned that with this heat and an upcoming holiday they might be really busy and we may have to wait several days for service (very understandable). We purchased room size window ACs just in case. But we didn’t need them. The technician arrived today and we have working AC! The technician was so personable and fixed our AC really quick.
