She does a great job answering my questions. She promotes my understanding of how the implant works in the cochlea with excellent explanations. I enjoy my visits with her. “Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I have been going here for 5 years seeing Jodi Holz. She has been nothing but kind to me, and they are always able to work me into the schedule with a close appointment (sometimes the same day) when I have an urgent need. The staff have always been courteous to me, although sometimes the receptionists act a bit distracted when you speak with them but I assume that is because they have a lot of patients and are working their hardest to make the office run smoothly. I will say I would only give 4.5 stars instead of 5 only because sometimes it is nearly impossible to speak with someone when you call. I've called before and waited for 10 minutes to speak with anyone, and sometimes no one ever answers at all. Once Central Scheduling came available that significantly helped call wait times, so even recently I haven't had as much of a problem with this. Anyway, I definitely recommend going here if you need a good primary care team.“

“Great healthcare with labs and other testing in house. No long wait times for appointments and if it's urgent, I've had a telehealth appointment that day.
The building is beautiful and the Christmas decorations are wonderful. There are staff members at the front entryway to help with wheelchairs or other mobility methods and a courtesy covered driveway for pick up and drop off with plenty of parking as well.
From check in to heading home, everyone is always very kind, professional and a highly skilled team.
My Doctor is the best and I appreciate knowing I have Woodlands taking care of me and my health. It matters to them as much as it does for me and I'm so glad to know they're there.“

“Very nice people working here at Lakeview Mrs. Rose &Mrs Angela & Doc.Victorea psychiatrist all very good people and every body in the pharmacy and the walk end counter are so nice and it makes your happy.
