My appointment with Katie was one of the best that I’ve had in a long time. Not only did she listen to each one of my concerns but it also helped make a plan of what needed to be done step-by-step. There was no wait time, no billing complications, and best of all every person in that office was kind , understanding and willing to help me with anything that I had asked . Not to mention the ladies at the front were so friendly and sweet . One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with medical staff in a long time.
We have used Pro-health several times and always feel like we get great service. The cost of services is very reasonable, and the scheduling is always convenient. We particularly love being assisted by Erika who is helpful, cheerful and courteous.
Josh and Ashley took the extra time to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. They ALL were a pleasure to work with and very thankful for their professionalism, proficiency and courtesy. Definitely will be going back. Thank you all so much!
