Patients have reported having great experiences with various departments, including radiology and labs. The clinic's staff are known for their kindness, smiles, and efficient service. Overall, the VA Clinic is praised for its excellent care, with some patients even comparing it favorably to private hospitals.
Been to the VA in Pensacola several times with less than desirable results. Went in yesterday 12/1/2025 and to my surprise, seems like new attitudes and now great service. Thank you so much. Also want to mention one by name that I feel went above and beyond to explain certain things and how they work. Her name is Marie Williams, works where they issure the ID cards. Great attitude, great service and passed along some good info..Thank you so much Marie. They need more folks like you. You are the example of an outstanding employee. Thank you.
My husband really loved his new doctor this past time he went. After 4 years of going around and around with community care and doctors retiring or quiting, he feels he finally has a great primary care doctor. We are praying all of the referrals get taken care of soon. He just received his new medication. Richard Sutphin says thank you!
My initial meeting to register was great, but it took a while to meet my PCP.
LABS personnel were great!
I didn't have a good review at first, but I have no complaints after 4 visits now.
