My appt was at 3 I checked in 15-20 mins before , asked was I checked in because people that walked in after me were called back FRONT DESK SAID ITS ONLY 3:10, I dont care what time it is I didnt ask that because if a patient is 10-15 mins late the are ready to reschedule or cancel you. Im in healthcare as well so I get appts run over but 30 mins or people arriving late but people on time should be seen at their time and late arriving people seen accordingly yet. Overrall providers and clinical team are very great! But front desk wasnt very polite from my point of view.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I have been going here for 5 years seeing Jodi Holz. She has been nothing but kind to me, and they are always able to work me into the schedule with a close appointment (sometimes the same day) when I have an urgent need. The staff have always been courteous to me, although sometimes the receptionists act a bit distracted when you speak with them but I assume that is because they have a lot of patients and are working their hardest to make the office run smoothly. I will say I would only give 4.5 stars instead of 5 only because sometimes it is nearly impossible to speak with someone when you call. I've called before...read full review
The crew at Guidewell Primary Care have been amazing. Billie, the reception desk, Terrisha, and Dr Schopmeyer continue to work hand and hand with me and my son setting us up as new patients, making sure we have everything we need. I'm so grateful for their kindness, hard work, and care!
