I've been calling for the past week and everytime I call I'm on hold waiting for hours.. My call log shows 6 hours in total from waiting for someone to pick up this past week during regular working hours. Tried both numbers at least 15 times. Whoever is working the phones needs to be reviewed for termination .
Never had a bad experience before this. The old, heavyset white lady with glasses who works the desk is incredibly rude and seemed to not want to do her job. She took other people before me even though I was in line first. Then she tells me I have to call and make my own appointment, even though I was right in front of her. She had a very ugly face to look at too, very frowny and just overall unpleasant to look at.
Other than the people who doesn’t answer phone calls or have clients on hold for 30 mins plus on several different occasions( please fix this) Dr. Stephanie is amazing along with case managers. But there’s no REASON why anyone should have to wait for hours for a simple call back. The people working the phones do NOT do their job with passion at all. Once again I’m waiting for a simple refill on my medication. There was only one person that helped me beforehand with this issue and I hate that I cannot remember her name. But other than that the staff are lazy and unprofessional.
