Been a patient here for several years and was very happy until Florida Cancer took over oncology. I always arrive on time and prior to merge always got in in an appropriate time frame. Today I had an appt. For Port Labs only 10am appt was there at 0925, didn't get called till 1045. This clinic has never been so slow. Another patient had been there since 0830 and at 1100 still waiting. The only reason they got a 2 rating today not a 1 is because the staff was very polite and this isn't their fault. Get it together Florida Cancer.
