“Came here for the first as I’m changing my VA service to here. No major complaints, but one thing they need to correct.
The kind volunteer handed me a piece of paper showing me who I needed to call to get my service.
Unfortunately, the phone number on the paper was no longer in service. Suggest they revive the letter. And the kicker: that person doesn’t actually handle what I was there for.
Nothing major, but I feel it needs to be addressed.”
