Came back to our winter home to find our 21 year old ac/heat pump was dead, no big surprise! On advice of several good neighbors in our community, we called Merrill’s and couldn’t be happier. Replaced old unit in less than a day, on schedule, did not try to add on or “up-sell”, and price was lower than expected based on averages for this area. Kyle was great to work with, explained that our ductwork and electrical service was in fine shape so no surprise additions to the job. The good surprise is that there are still honest, reputable small businesses out there that do exactly what they say and value customers. Merrill’s is definitely one!

We called Merrill's New Year's Eve morning, or furnace was not blowing heat, they sent out a tech this been with them since the '80s at 1:00 in the afternoon and at 1:30 we had heat, highly recommended!

Our air stopped working. One call to this business and Kyle arrived within 45 minutes. He explained what was wrong and investigated our warranty. The particular issue was not covered but the cost to fix was very fair and reasonable.Service: A/C system repair
