Grande Aire of Englewood just completed a service on our unit. Mike Truck #76, was the serviceman and did an outstanding job! Mike was ahead of schedule and gave a courtesy call to see if it was ok instead of just showing up. He was very polite and made sure I understood the tasks he was going to perform. If all their technicians are like Mike, I would highly recommend this company to service your air conditioning equipment.
Just had my A/c unit serviced. We use their Englewood facility. Mike., ( in truck #76) did our servicing.He was prompt, polite, and explained everything he was doing.He also gave us some tips on how to maintain the unit between regular servicing.Grande Aire is a very professional company. They stay in contact with you and schedule appointments, have sometime contact you if you have questions, and are always prompt. They also provide services in case of emergency (which we have not had to use!). Good company, good people, and a good choice.
We used Grand Aire to fix a problem with our AC. They were fast, professional and helpful. We decided to contract with them for ongoing preventive maintenance. Very happy to find a partner!
