Want to thank Alex for the excellent work on our AC. We were having problems with water in the pan and the unit shutting off. He discovered the problem and had parts costumed made. He came to installed them and worked for over 5 hours in very extreme conditions. Excellent worker and thoroughly explains everything.
Tom McGinnis of Grande Air air conditioning arrived at 4 pm on a hot Thursday afternoon to clear a blocked drainage line. Tom was very fast and professional. Grande Air service has been prompt with maintenance when needed and Tom delivered free service with a smile. Thank you from Bob and Haydee.
Tristan was the technician who showed up. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Also gave me tips on preventive maintenance. Outstanding service and I highly recommend.
