Our service tech was the most pleasant, professional individual that l have dealt with in a very long time. This was our first time using them and now l will never use anyone else. Thank you for your great service.
Had our AC blower motor go out at 5pm on a Friday. Called and Dylan was out within an hour or so. Very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and educated us about our options. He did not influence us one way or the other, which we really appreciated. We made our choice, and he had the repairs completed within a few hours total from start to finish! He respected our house, didn't make a mess, he and was very respectful of us. We would work with Dylan and Southern Services again in a heartbeat. He will be our go-to for AC services from now on. We can not rave enough about our experience with Dillon and his team. Over 10 months after Ian, he has been the single most ray of integrity not motivated in maxing out our insurance claim. He really took the time to analyze each AC unit, existing duct work taking into consideration the amount of dusty work yet to be done. He could have easily pushed for 3 new units plus duct work as all the others did. Dillon restored our faith in humanity. You have faithful new customers for life!Services: HVAC system repair
