“Upon entry, a staff promptly acknowledges and greets me. Upon reaching the desk, I check-in with Emily and after PAYMENT is made, Ashley immediately leads me to the room with the 2 MACHINES: one focusing on a balloon and the other flashes bright lights. Right after, Ashley leads me to the actual eye EXAM ROOM, … to the letters, etc. The 3RD ROOM, Dr. Roberts makes sure the newest equipment is what is being used. I truly appreciate how Dr. Roberts actually explains details of the eye exam results: pictures and some important details of certain symptoms to be aware of, as we get older. The doctor gives out contact SAMPLES and his highly recommended brands.

I opt to get glasses and Emily takes the time to actually walk around with me and personally pick for me based on my preferences: any cost-effective frame with hinges and preferably in gold. In less than 15minutes, we found one and Emily helped me looked online for a different color (gold and black) than on the display. With frame and lenses , with anti-glare and blue-light feature, (and using my insurance), I am ecstatic to pay $131. I made sure to ask for the detailed breakdown of the exam and RECEIPTS, and Emily hands me a cute PACKET with everything in it.

I called Dunedin Eye Care for information and spoke with a nice southern lady who scheduled my appointment.
On 10/14, I was pleasantly surprised to meet her at the office for my initial exam.
She handled some of the diagnostic tests before I met Dr. Coates for the other screenings.
Afterwards, I managed to walk to my car in the bright sunshine to retrieve my shades, then went shopping at Winn Dixie.

“Dr. Kirsch saved my right eye about six years ago, after suffering a retina detachment.
The surgical repair has held up perfectly, after a highly technical surgery.
This proves to me, that I found the best Doctor and facility to accomplish what was needed.

“I have been seen dr roe for for a couple of months now for an eye dryness, I had a couple of visits already and I’m extremely happy with my experience, I was so lucky to be his patient and especially that I have always hesitated and was extremely nervous to check on my eyes for some personal reasons but my experience with this doctor had changed my mind a lot. He is the type of doctor that would sit there and listen to all of your concerns without making you feel he is in a rush or needs to run to the next room, he takes his time and give you all the time you need and answers all the questions you have, I’m so thankful to him and his entire staff that are also so helpful. They would give you an appointment within days and see you on emergencies, they even answered my phone call during the hurricane when they were closed and linked me with a doctor to help with my emergency and they also answer their messages which is so nice of them. I’m so thankful to all of you and will definitely recommend you to my family and friends, especially dr Roe, you are amazing, we need more doctors like you that give their patients enough time to speak about their concerns.“
