My husband and I had an appointment.
There was an issue with the insurance company.
Andre the manager took his time with us to straighten out the issues with the insurance company.
He was on the phone with them for quite a while and with Andre's help. The problem was solved .

Dr. Adam Furman patiently waited for us until the problem was solved.
What a great Dr. He's very thorough.

“After a very bad experience at another Optical Outlet in town where I wound up settling for my new glasses, the lenses Excellent! Thank you Dr Reed, but the frames have given me a severe migraine for days, and I have gone back in for adjustments at the E Bay store, Today I went to the Seminole store, and Emily turned my whole experience around. She listened, found the frames I wanted all along, they fit perfectly, she was kind, considerate, did not judge, and did not tell me I could not return these frames that were totally wrong for my face, extremely pinching my temples at all times while wearing, and just not me. But the ones I wanted at East Bay I was told I could not get. Emily took the time, turned my experience around with Optical Outlets, and I am truly grateful.“

“Upon entry, a staff promptly acknowledges and greets me. Upon reaching the desk, I check-in with Emily and after PAYMENT is made, Ashley immediately leads me to the room with the 2 MACHINES: one focusing on a balloon and the other flashes bright lights. Right after, Ashley leads me to the actual eye EXAM ROOM, … to the letters, etc. The 3RD ROOM, Dr. Roberts makes sure the newest equipment is what is being used. I truly appreciate how Dr. Roberts actually explains details of the eye exam results: pictures and some important details of certain symptoms to be aware of, as we get older. The doctor gives out contact SAMPLES and his highly recommended brands.

I opt to get glasses and Emily takes the time to actually walk around with me and personally pick for me based on my preferences: any cost-effective frame with hinges and preferably in gold. In less than 15minutes, we found one and Emily helped me looked online for a different color (gold and black) than on the display. With frame and lenses , with anti-glare and blue-light feature, (and using my insurance), I am ecstatic to pay $131. I made sure to ask for the detailed breakdown of the exam and RECEIPTS, and Emily hands me a cute PACKET with everything in it.

Overall: immediate acknowledgement when walking in, a very prompt exam process, personable and attentive staff, and the smoothest and most efficient eye exam of my life!“

“Dr. Kirsch saved my right eye about six years ago, after suffering a retina detachment.
The surgical repair has held up perfectly, after a highly technical surgery.
