I have been going to discount glasses for the past 4 years. The lenses and frames are low quality. Problems with the lenses especially. I was not rushed though.Always trying to clean them but it was the lenses. Went to a well known optical co. I could not afford their glasses and they didn't like that. The eye doctor had no patience. Both places had many patients lined up for exams so they don't have time for you.I just went to Milligan Optical. The Dr was so patient and listened to me. No rush. Optometrist seemed a bit inexperienced although nice when speaking to her. Their location is tiny and they don’t have private rooms for eye health checks so basically everyone whose there waiting can watch you, except when the optometrist is checking your vision then we get a private room. They have poor frame selection( supposedly due to Covid?) but in house lens creation but it still takes weeks to get them cut an fitted.The eyewear techs are unfamiliar with time managing their lunches so if you happen to go on your lunch break 12-2pm chances are someone who can adjust frames won’t be there. so call a head of time before going (if they answer).They closed their...read full review

I've been getting my exams, lenses, and prescription sunglasses from Milligan for a very long time. The customer service is outstanding, the selections are superb, and the turn around time on making my glasses is quick! Thank you to the whole team at Milligan for great service.
