I've used Milligan Optical for many years regarding my yearly check-ups and new glasses. Love their frames, so many to choose from. The workers are very helpful and patient and I have never had any issues. I would definitely recommend them and give them a 10.

Reviews
I had to go all the way to Florida to find Milligan Optical. No one in Texas would use my vintage frames and sculpt replacement lenses for my new prescription. I sent Milligan 2 pair to refurbish and hand-sculpt new lenses; they are beautiful. Milligan was a little pricey but well worth the skill, quality, and professional service. As long as they are in business, I will always have them take care of my eyewear needs.
My family has had our glasses made here for years. I have an allergy to nose pads, they helped me find a solution. Tammy is great, working wonders with my elderly mother. Communication and follow up is consistent and professional. The glasses are made with quality materials. This place is much better than going to an optical mill.
