“Last month, my AC unit started losing its cool. I had a maintenance agreement With another company and they came out and told me I needed a new condenser. I had a carrier unit that was going on 11 years. It did not make sense for me just to replace the condenser so I decided to shop around for a new AC unit. I did my research and found out that in South Florida, American Standard’s outdoor condenser is made to handle South Florida’s heat and humidity. I had read about the variable speed units that work well at removing the humidity from your home. So I shopped around and had a few people come out to give me a quotes. I came across Pro Comfort AC out of Deerfield Beach and found them to be very professional. The company is owned by Nick and Eugene, who are both great guys and very knowledgeable. Most of the quotes I received were higher than what Pro Comfort AC quoted me. The one company that was about the same was not as professional as Pro Comfort AC and seemed to want to take Shortcuts. So I decided to go with Pro Comfort AC and I am so glad that I did. From the very start I was greeted by Manuel and Juan, the installers, with a big smile. They were both really nice and listened to what I had to say. They worked very hard at getting my unit installed correctly. Some of my wiring in the attic was old and needed to be replaced which is why at first the unit was not communicating. They did some troubleshooting and figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it. I would give the installation a 10 out of 10. And from what I researched that is the most important part.
I absolutely love my new AC system. It runs quietly and feels very comfortable in here. It never feels humid and the air feels very clean. I also like the fact that I can control the temperature through the app when I’m out of the house to make it extra cool when I get home.

He was thorough, didn't rush through the job, videoed the before and after so I would have peace of mind. He also left the workspace clean. I was so impressed with the service and flexibility that I signed up for maintenance service.“

“Stream Cold Air. Rafael is the BEST! I when out of town for the summer and the day my wife and I came back to Florida, upon arrival at our house, our air-conditioning was not working. I called Rafael immediately. It was 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. He said he was in the middle of an install and he would be there as soon as he was done. He text me at 7:30pm and said he was 30 minutes away and would be there at 8 o’clock. He arrived exactly at 8 o’clock and proceeded to resolved the issue and got our air-conditioning up and running.

Craig and his crew did a great job of solving our rat infestation in the attic.His crew was very professional and completely the job quickly and efficiently.
A month later his employee James came out 2x because we were hearing noises.
James went up on each visit and made photos to show us that there was no new evidence of rats.The second time he identified poop from iguanas and birds on the roof.
The noises we heard were from the animals walking on the roof.

“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! BEWARE!! This company does not know what they are doing. The owner Jose was hired to clean my ac and clean my air ducts. He decided to spray Kilz, yes Kilz in my ac duct, he said it would stop any mold from growing. The chemical odor was so bad so I reached out to Kilz and they asked me why would a professional spray Kilz in your air ducts it’s not made for that. He said it can be very harmful to your health remove it immediately. After exposing this to Jose and telling him he needs to replace my air ducts, and repair the damage he did, I never heard a word back from him. He is very unprofessional and now I have to move out of my condo because the smell is so toxic. I have to pay another company to fix his mess. I can’t understand how could someone like this be in business. Run from him, he is a thief!!!!“

“I have been a customer of Arctic Air in Largo, Florida since I moved here in 2005. They installed my current Trane unit almost 14 years ago! I have a contract for semiannual service, so every 6 months. This past Thursday was one such service. I received texts in advance of the date in case I needed to reschedule. Then specific texts the day of service and when Cody was on his way. I love that they provide a 2 hour window so my entire day is not required. He arrived on time. Always is professional, friendly and considerate. Never leaves a mess. As my unit is getting ‘up there’s he suggested an acid wash of my coils to increase efficiency. Oh my! Were they dirty.
