He sent out technicians who diagnosed the problem and promptly temporarily fixed the problem, ordered the parts required and efficiently fixed the unit. The attention to detail throughout the installation was outstanding. Before starting, they carefully laid down tarps throughout the work areas, and when the installation was complete there was not a speck of dust or debris left behind. The entire replacement of the AC unit and air handler was completed in about 3 hours, which was amazing considering the amount of work involved.

Outside, the technician even took the time to show me how he properly leveled the unit so the compressor oil stays evenly distributed during operation instead of pooling to one side. That level of care and craftsmanship really stood out to me and showed they take pride in doing the job correctly, not just quickly.
