The tech was very honest and did not try to upsell me which as a first time homeowner with no prior knowledge of a/c systems I really appreciated it. He showed me what I should be doing to maintain the system and checked some of the parts and said I did not need anything more because the ac was working. I only paid a minimal amount for him to come out and check the unit. So I appreciate the honesty and that he did not upsell anything. 5 stars!“
