Honestly they impressed my husband more than me since he was urging me to make a review. That alone is enough for 5 stars lol. Husband is very suspicious about any contractor really, expecting to get scammed or over charged yada yada.
The issue was a broken capacitor. Charged us $250 total (was going to be $85 to come out regardless). Husband thinks that's pretty reasonable... Personally most places were closing and this place had decent reviews and was active on Google which is a plus in my book. I just wanted to not be sweating in an extreme heat wave.

The team at prime AC are extremely professional and talented group of people. From the initial inspection with Wilson who took his time to troubleshoot and find the problem, and the rest of the team of Gerald, Dino and Trent are all superstars. The installation was seamless and clean. I am extremely satisfied with the price and service.
