I recently became a patient here at affordable health pain management. There’s too many words to express my depth of gratefulness, gratitude And thankfulness all due to this medical practice! From the initial phone call of making an appointment the treatment just on the phone was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced as far as kindness and compassion. Laura, the office manager goes above and beyond. I truly believe this practice is God sent. Many reading this have probably been through my experience in today’s cruel/ Stigmatized world of postoperative spinal cord surgery treatment needing relief from pain. Dr Schiem is Who I was blessed to be assigned to as a patient. She’s professional, yet kind funny her vibe presence alone makes you feel you are heard, cared for, believed, and validated backed up with actual treatment! Shaquoya Who manages the front desk area with appointments, phone calls And much more Is so professional, sweet, kind detailed and funny!! She made me feel so at home so comfortable. I literally didn’t wanna leave my appointment and just hang out with these women lol. The 5 STARZ I gave does not come close. I wish I had the choice of 1 million stars!!
I pray this Office sets an example and reaches other doctors/communities that continue to judge turn away or not even care for people truly crying out for help and out their wits end. I highly recommend Affordable pain management Center in Davie, Florida if you truly are living with chronic pain/illness, whatever it be if there’s a true need, they will truly be there for you. While visiting landscape nurseries on Flamingo Road in Davie, we stopped at Broward Palms to take a look at the plants. While walking around we noticed they were selling coconuts. So I purchased one for $3 and he chopped the top off with a machete and put a straw in it. I love fresh coconut water. It was a treat. Afterwards he chopped the coconut in half to bring home to remove the inside part. They also sell a dozen free range eggs for $10. At the entrance is Rosso Coffee, an outdoor food truck coffee shop. They have a large selection of palm trees.

I just found this place and it has a really good vibe. Phil did an amazing job down to the smallest detail. I noticed that everyone knows every customer like family which tells me they have loyal, repeat customers. I'm always nervous to change barbers, but I'll definitely be back! It's the best cut I can remember in a long time. Best of all, the total with a $20 tip was less than my usual barbershop's base price.

He listens to what you actually want & replicates exactly what I show him (sometimes does it even better than the picture!). They’re super clean & attentive to details. I have natural nails and they don’t damage them. I’ve been going to them for years for mani/pedi’s and will follow them wherever they go.

They have gone over the top to help me including trying colors on a fake nail before they apply to help me find exactly what I’m looking for and make sure I’m happy. I love coming here! Ever since I found this place, I haven’t been to anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, most nails techs that I have been with have done my nails great and I am very picky. I typically now book with Giselle and she is quick and efficient. A great addition to service is that they serve drinks on Saturday and always have a bomb playlist. Makes it so relaxing and enjoyable.

I scheduled a consultation online and went on a Saturday. After my consult, there was an opening to get started on my hair free mission.
Yovana was so kind and gentle. She took her time explaining the process, what to expect and gave a quote on how many sessions I would need. The laser has cryotherapy which makes the procedure way less painful.

Installed new vanity, replaced old bathtub with new shower and accessories (hold bar, handheld sprayer, etc. ), upgraded the plumbing, new flooring, new tile, new walls , new high hats, mirrors, medicine cabinet and sconces. The job was on time, and within budget. The team was professional and ensured that cleanliness of the site was maintained to minimize dust and debris throughout the house. Their responsiveness to our requests was exceptional whether they were onsite or offsite. I especially liked that they were continuously onsite throughout the project and not jumping from project to project causing delays. I was still scared when she started cleaning but she helped by talking to me. She gave me information to help improve my teeth. Dr Marias looked at my exrays and explained what had to be done. It's going to be a bumpy road but she makes me feel like she will do her best to keep me comfortable. I will be keeping her as my dentist.

I had a tooth extraction and bone graft today and it went well. In fact, that dental surgeon, Dr. Vanessa Diaz, was awesome! The injection in the roof of my mouth - which is normally super painful, was less than a mosquito sting. And when it came to the actual extraction, she did such gentle manipulation, it seemed as if the tooth was just sliding out. I have been a client at Flamingo Commons Dental for 16 years, and the service has always been top notch. But Dr. Diaz just kicked it up a few more levels.

The procedure rooms have high tech equipment and are immaculate. Chevely, the hygienist is friendly, professional, and does an excellent job every time I go in for a cleaning.

My first dental visit in like... *Forever* and they made it so pleasant! Had to make an emergency visit for a giant cavity that sprung up. Staff was super friendly and constantly checking in on how I was doing, very clearly broke down what I needed to do regarding my tooth health at home (TRUST when I say your tooth issues are like 80% of the time flossing y'all DO IT), and it didn't eat my pocket too harshly 😘 Seriously cannot recommend this place enough!! 🥰

I had never been to the chiropractor before and quite frankly was very fearful of going. I had been struggling with horrific vertigo, unexplained nervous system issues, and more. Dr. Larry did two adjustments that put me back together. My Atlas was out of place and I had no idea how much havoc it was wreaking on me! Even after the adjustment was over he sat with my boyfriend and I and discussed proper care for my body to support other medical issues, how to strengthen my body more, and with every detail he mentioned he genuinely cared. I can't recommend these kind-hearted people enough! I came in yesterday with my daughter's Syrian hamster who unfortunately had a large tumor growing on his chest. The doctor and his nurse treated me and our little furball with all the dignity, compassion and respect that any family dog or cat would deserve. They saw me the same day, were very transparent about expectations, and extremely kind to me during a tough moment. It would have been easy to be flippant with such a tiny creature but they treated my grief with the same reverence as the loss of any family member. The hardest part of having a pet is when their little lives come to an end. We all want to make sure that we give them humane and dignified end-of-life care and minimize any needless suffering. The team here allowed me to leave with my conscience and my heart clear knowing that I did the best I could by our little Jimmy ♥️ ? RIP little guy

To anyone in need of a knowledged and fair vet, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Eileen Osti. She has repeatedly proven herself to be gracious, honest, empathetic, and with exceeding patience with nervous patient parents fearing for their pets. All of this with her welcoming demeanor so much that even one of my more reactive pets didn't have to be kept muzzled around her.
My gentler giant breed boy has been riddled with issues, likely the result of poor breeding practices. Though several vets noted he was too severe for their skill to help, Dr. Osti didn't give up on him. She gave skilled diagnosis and treatments, finally securing relief for his symptoms, and also helped in seeking the specialist he needed.
Though her actual office space is closed, she still actively continues her much needed and appreciated work treating pets. My boy was just seen in a mobile visit at the location earlier this month. If nothing else, the fact my pet is actually happy when visiting his vet speaks volumes.
To Dr. Osti, you were the lighthouse in those dark desperate times of trying to help my sweet Odin. You were also the solid ground needed when approaching the crushing time to help my beloved and beastly Casper to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you for being innately you. I take both of my dogs here. Their vet, Dr Rodriguez, is great. Today my friend had to take the dogs to their appointment (I was busy at work), and Dr Rodriguez and the staff were very good about explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and costs over the phone to me.

Ok here's the facts no fluff. I came in yesterday not being able to turn my head. You know when you drive and you can't use your mirror's? That was me . I'm a 63 year old retired man from Brooklyn who don't like or believe in massages but after three different chiropractors and no relief I was ready to try anything having tried bengay and all his ointment cousins . This was my last resort. Mrs Nikki came highly regarded so I called book a session and she took me the same day. The office was very professional with a hint of East Asia. After a brief consultation she got to work I felt everything hope ,soothing ,pain and when I surrender to her touch I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time relief. I can left my arms and move my head and neck hell I forgot my knee used to hurt because it doesn't anymore .it was so good I took a 3 minute piss. Relief. I coming back next week this will be part of my life budget beats bengay and scotch.

I’ve been coming to this spot for 60 min massage for a few times now, and this is the best one around the area. The service is great, great environment overall. I’ve been to a few other places and def would say you get what you pay for - this place is totally worth it!
I have had several massages, this place was by far the best. If I’m able to drift off and fall asleep, they are doing a good job. Will definitely be back for a 60 min massage.

My daughter first came here in January, she messed up her knee, and in six months the change is remarkable. The therapists were extremely thorough and focused not just in helping her recover but also by focusing on making her knee stronger to prevent any flare-ups. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I strongly suggest that if anyone needs a physical therapist, I suggest going here.

We had an extremely satisfactory great relationship with this Driving School. Everyone involved, were extremely professional, respectful and friendly. All appointments were punctual at the agreed to time and every step of the way they guided my daughter extremely well. From start to finish, my daughter was able to obtain her license in less than three weeks. I highly recommend this Driving School. You will not be disappointed. Ms Green made the learning process intuitive , interactive and informative. I would recommend metro traffic school to anyone who has to do an in person driving course. It makes me want to get a next ticket but I shall follow the road laws as best as possible
